Bethany Rasmussen comes to Tenac with 15 years of cycling experience. She has a strong passion for growing youth and female participation in the sport of cycling. Using her passion, she coaches and volunteers for NICA throughout the year. Bethany is under the mentorship of Jason Tullous and is continuing to learn and develop her craft using the GoTenac coaching strategies.
Bethany was born and raised in Michigan, but now resides in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2019, she received her Master’s degree in Athletic Training. Currently, she enjoys working full time treating an array of athletes suffering from sport related injuries. Both in the clinic and in coaching, she loves sharing the moments of success with her patients and athletes.
She brings both a knowledge of physiology and 5 years of racing experience. Whatever your fitness and racing goals are, Bethany is prepared to develop a program that is specific to you.
