Tenac’s Basic coaching program runs $125 per month and includes: Trainingpeaks Premium Account, Goal Consultation and a customized annual training plan. Communication intervals for this program are once-per-month, and they are initiated by the athlete. Communication involves training, data review and training schedule adjustments.
