Training Plan: ROCK RACE

The Rock Race is one of Laredo’s longest running events and usually the season opener to other local events. It’s HOT, WINDY, and FAST with some short punchy climbs.

This 9 week training plan is designed to prepare you to take on this course and tackle it with your best performance.
