Join us in Lucca, Italy, for a week-long cycling camp that blends challenging rides through the rugged Apennines, awe-inspiring views of the Tuscan countryside, and the warm embrace of Italian culture, cuisine, and hospitality. This isn’t just a vacation—it’s an experience that will shape you.
Base yourself in a charming boutique hotel nestled within the ancient walls of Lucca, where cobblestone streets whisper centuries-old stories, and every meal is a celebration of flavor and community. Whether you’re looking to conquer summits, train hard, or simply ride through some of the most stunning landscapes Europe has to offer, this is your moment.
Our Coach Chad Beyer called this area home during his time as a professional cyclist. Chad will guide our athletes through his old training grounds and show you his favorite climbs, cafes, and routes.
Each day, you’ll rise with the Tuscan sun and head out on rides that challenge both body and mind. The Apennine Mountains loom in the distance—mysterious, wild, and full of promise. You’ll climb serpentine passes with gradients that challenge your fitness, descend winding routes that thrill your senses, and roll through quaint villages untouched by time.
With full support from our coaches and a local guide, you’ll reach summits where silence reigns and vistas stretch into forever. From pushing yourself to your mental and physical limitations on climbs to the euphoric calm of a shared espresso in a hilltop village, this is what cycling is all about.
We welcome riders of Intermediate to advanced levels prepared to ride 20-25 hours in a week. We do not leave any riders behind and will have adequate staff to manage riders of different abilities.
Discover Lucca: A City Frozen in Time
Tucked behind its perfectly preserved Renaissance-era walls, Lucca feels like a dream where every corner tells a story. You’ll walk along cobblestone streets that echo with footsteps from the Roman Empire, medieval poets, and opera composers like Puccini—who was born here.
As the sun sets, golden light warms the red-tiled roofs and centuries-old towers. This is not just a cycling destination; it’s a place that welcomes you with open arms, nourishes your spirit, and slows time just enough for you to catch your breath—and your wonder.
The weather during this time of year can vary from 55-80 degrees as a daily high. We ride rain or shine so come prepared for any weather.
