Our coaching packages are based on daily, weekly, monthly and unlimited communication intervals. Our coaches work alongside you to establish a personalized strategy and daily training prescriptions. We conduct data analysis, training reviews and we adjustment your strategy and prescriptions based on the communication interval that is best for you.
Tenac Championship Coaching coaches all cycling disciplines: MTB, Road, TT, Crit, Track, Cyclocross, Enduro, etc… We develop science based training prescriptions through a combination of power analysis (you will need a power meter) and communication.
Communication with you – our athlete – is the foundation of our success. We teach you to listen to yourself, exploring the realities of training through a full-spectrum approach to coaching. Want to know how our results stack up before you commit? We prefer to let our athletes speak for us.
As a dedicated amateur, aspiring espoir/junior, or bonafide pro, to get the most out of your training, you need to be in contact with your coach on a daily basis. If you’ve set goals that require an intensive, daily training and recovery routine, the Ultimate or Unlimited packages are your choices.
